We aggregate
We scan PubMed, Frontiers, Nature, MDPI, and other databases for every moringa study published.
MoringaBase aggregates, structures, and scores publicly available moringa research from clinical trials, systematic reviews, and key studies worldwide. We make the science accessible so consumers, practitioners, and brands can make evidence-informed decisions.
We don't sell moringa. We curate the science.
I'm Tara — an Australian food industry veteran with 17+ years running bakery and café businesses on the Central Coast, NSW.
My moringa journey started when I was looking for a natural solution for persistent gut health issues. Within weeks of adding moringa powder to my daily routine, my gut health completely reversed.
But when I tried to find reliable, structured research to understand why it worked, I couldn't find it anywhere. The science was scattered across hundreds of journals.
So I built what I wished had existed.
We scan PubMed, Frontiers, Nature, MDPI, and other databases for every moringa study published.
Every study gets a transparent quality score (0–100) based on study design, sample size, blinding, duration, publication quality, and replication.
Plain-English summaries with full methodology visible. You see exactly why a study scored what it scored.
We don't make health claims. We don't sell supplements. We don't recommend brands. We present the research and let you decide.
